Realizing common prosperity is an ideal of mankind for centuries. It is one of the socialist principle character and essential mission, and one of the objectives of the Communist Party of China. Deng Xiaoping抯 common prosperity thought is an important part of Deng Xiaoping Theory. Mainly according to Deng Xiaoping抯 views, this thesis is a thorough study in the Deng Xiaoping抯 common prosperity thought. The whole thesis is divided into four parts: Part one is about the theoretical origins of Deng Xiaoping抯 common prosperity thought. Deng Xiaoping summarized the traditional world culture and developed Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong Thought in new historical condition. Part two is about the historical evolvement of Deng Xiaoping抯 common prosperity thought. As the same as any other ideological systems, Deng Xiaoping抯 common prosperity thought has a process of originating, forming and developing. This thought has generally experienced three stages, which consists of fermenting, forming and developing. Part three is about the main content of Deng Xiaoping抯 common prosperity thought. This part includes some clear definitions for the key words, the main reasons of pursuing common prosperity, he essential requirements and specific countermeasures of realizing common prosperity and correct means of facing success or failure in the process of realizing common prosperity.
