The Research And Exploration Of Deng Xiaoping’s Common Prosperity Theory

Common prosperity is the core content of Deng Xiaoping’s theory system.Realizing common prosperity of all the people is also our ultimate and ideal goal. Inthe history of our country, a leader’s single-minded pursuit of common prosperity isrecorded in every phase. Nowadays, in the key period of social transformation inChina, in-depth study of Deng Xiaoping’s common prosperity thought still plays animportant role in the development of our country.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part discusses the basic connotationof Deng Xiaoping common prosperity. Achieving common prosperity is a constantlychanging and developing process as history evolves, so it covers a wide range ofmulti-level connotation. Providing benefits to people is the highest aim of theCommunist Party of China and ideological goal of common prosperity; idea ofcommon prosperity is the reflection of "poor socialism ": the liberation anddevelopment of productive forces are the basis, the socialist system is the protection,letting the people prosper first bring along others is the way to realize and theNational People’s common prosperity is the ultimate purpose. But in the process ofimplementation, one should not be so anxious and must handle the dialecticalrelationship between the "first" and "latter". The second part discusses that the DengXiaoping Thought of Common Prosperity is the development and innovation of MarxThought. As we all know, Deng is a firm belief in Marxism, and using Marx’sIdeology of Common Prosperity as the theoretical basis, combined with the reality ofour country, innovating and inheriting the Thought of Common Prosperity of Marx,Engels, Lenin, Mao Zedong, so as to achieve the new Chinese common prosperityroad specified in the direction. The third part discusses the characteristics of Deng Xiaoping Thought of Common Prosperity. Deng Xiaoping’s common prosperitythinking as a Marxist outstanding theoretical results, also has its own characteristics: itis the unity of efficiency and equity; unity of political and economic; unity of shortterm and long term of social development. The fourth part discusses the era value ofDeng Xiaoping Thought of Common Prosperity. Deng Xiaoping’s common prosperityfully train and mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the people and China’scomprehensive national strength and people’s quality of life has been greatlyimproved. It also provides approaches and foundations on how to solve and improvethe gap between the rich and the poor. Common prosperity is the basis of the scientificconcept of development, the protection of building a harmonious society, and also afundamental principle of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
