China's Insurance Industry, Risk Prevention And Control

The article point out the present situation of the insurance business, which is increasing of risks, lack of control and latent crisis, and then puts forward detailed policies to control risks in this industry and tries to solve some practical problem in the present situation. The thesis is organized as follows, First, the article makes demonstrational analysis of the present situation of risks in insurance business and explains that the current risks in insurance are relatively large, then from the research of existed documents, finds the vacancy and deficiency, which founds a practical and theoretical basis for the subject. Second, it analyzes the causes of insurance risks, and point out that the control and guard of insurance risks should be focused on the control and guard of new risks due from the micro-operation of insurance. Last, the article deals with the issues of insurance risk control and guard9 mainly on the analysis of the internal mechanism design in the micro-operation of insurance. It constructs different modes for different issues, and puts forward the feasible suggestions for the development of insurance business in China from the angle of outside factors.
