Multinational Operations In China And Countermeasures

With the globalization and development of Chinese economy especially when China enter the WTO in the near future , Chinese economic objectives are going to be carried out in the whole world , and our enterprises have to configure resources in world market through transnational operation. For this reason, in the method that macrocosm unite with microcosm, theory unite with practice, this paper gives a brief historical retrospect of Chinese transnational operation since 1979, summarizes its characteristics, finds problems and advances corresponding countermeasures.The innovative point of this paper is that the article sets up an appraisable system to evaluate Chinese enterprise transnational business in a systemic way. Under the pyramidal structure, the government strategic supervision work, the West foreign direct investment theory, and the makings of multinational corporation have been integrated into the appraisable system.
