Competition between enterprises in twenty-one century is not only the competition of tactics combination or policy combination, but also the competition of strategy combination or strategy system. Enterprise marketing strategy, as an important part of enterprise strategy system, is the sticking point depending on enterprise take part in the marketing competition. This article is divided into three parts. The first part introduces the background of TANGRENSHEN GROUP, and analyze the historical marketing strategies of TANGRENSHEN GROUP The second part studies the basic theory of enterprises marketing strategy. Enterprise marketing strategy is decided by enterprise strategy, and the environment inside and outside enterprise. But enterpris~ strategy is decided by enterprise mission. This part also analyze several modem marketing theories, and lucubrate Integrated Marketing theory. The third part studies the environment inside and outside TANGRENSHEN GROUP and indicate the reason why TANGRENSHEN GROUP should select the Integrated Marketing strategy. To make the most social value of TANGRENSHEN GROUP, this part studies how TANGRENSHEN GROUP integrate it抯 enterprise mission, objective and resource.
