Research, Financial Asset Management Company And Its Asset Securitization

The operation process of Asset Management Corporation is of great importance both in the financial reform and in the construction of mark economy. Asset Securitization, one of the most important financial innovations in the international finance field in recent several decades, is a new task to Asset Management Corporation. This thesis try to introduce the operation process of Asset Management Corporation and based the background information, to discuss the realistic significance of Asset Securitization in China.There are five parts in this thesis. The first part expresses the realistic background of Asset Management Corporation. The second part introduces the operation process of Asset Management Corporations in west countries, and compares the advantages of Asset Management Corporations abroad, from which sonie enlightenment is gained. The third part proposes the working principles and procedures of Asset Management Corporations in China in five facets by studying the practice in west countries and native circumstances. The fourth part mainly lists the structure, operation process and three kinds of Asset Securitization and emphasizes the influence to Asset Management Corporations in China. Moreover, the realistic significance of Asset Securitization is discussed. The fifth part analyses some problems in China Great Wall Asset Management Corporation, and presents several proposals for regulation.
