Dalian City Residential Construction And Development Of Strategic Research

Recent years the dwelling house property in Dalian developed rapidly, which had wide impact and became the motility and barometer of the city on both improvement of the appearance and development of the economy. So it becomes important and valuable for us to do the study giving a conclusion to the experience of the city house construction development, taking the successful experience of those developed countries, giving an analysis and predict on the situation of demand and supply for the dwelling house. And it has such big and deep meaning for Dalian, which wants to be a famous international modern city in the new century to set up our development strategy on the dwelling house property on the basis of this study. The main opinion of this paper is that the dwelling house construction development strategy in Dalian should be set up on the basis of two basic points and for three main objects. The two basic points are effectively improving resident living condition in the city and pulling the economy growing up continuously and steady by investing and consuming on dwelling house. The first object is predicting scientifically on the developing quantities of dwelling house construction in Dalian, promoting the improvement of the buyer market which just became and fulfilling the real market of the dwelling house property. The second object is studying carefully on how to improve the living quality and let those residents satisfied with their houses and dwelling environment. The third object is pushing modernizing of the dwelling house property, creating ecological resident environment and constructing a green house, which matches the famous international modern city. In this paper, the linear recursive analysis is adopted on the prediction of demand and supply in Dalian dwelling house market on which the strategy study is based.
