Along with the approaching maturity of the socialist economic market of this country, marketing is becoming a well-known concept. The construction of marketing channels has been a challenge to those involved in marketing activities in China. For different products, there should be different marketing channels. The construction, location and expansion of marketing need be combined with the characteristics of the products to be marketed and the concrete situation of the country specific in China, so as to facilitate the customers and to increase the share in the market.Based on the decision making in the construction of marketing channels, the writer, by applying the theory of qualitative analysis combined with the theory of quantitative analysis, analyses the problems arising in the process from the decision making of the market channel design and market channel management to the conflict, competition and cooperation in the construction of marketing channels. The writer also makes an intensive study on the problems existing in the construction of marketing channels for the sales of digital-control machine tools. Based on the above analysis, the writer presents an analyses on the causes of the problems and proposes a possible solution to the problems.
