The development of the national bonds market has a dirent effect on the prosperity and stability of the whole financial market for its core and main part status in securities market. In addition, national bonds market provides a wide scope for central bank's macro-economic management. Its maturity influnces the effect of central bank's macroeconomic management directly.There are still many existing problems related with china's national bonds market though it has got a great development since year 1981 .It is the urgent task faced us to solve effectively all these problems.Based on the scruting of the history of the national bonds market and the analysis on the existing problems, this thesis poses the objective of china's national theory of national bonds market. It gives an analysis in detail on the current condition of china's national bonds market from three aspects ranged from issue scale and issue market to circulation market while sticking to national bonds market development aim. After that, this thesisgives some suggestion and countermeasures on china's national bonds market from the successful experiences from abroad.
