As an important transmission channel between financial development and economic development,The financial intermediary mechanism can help financial development and economic development to contribute to each other through its operating in empirical market economy.But in our transition period,the country made the relation between financial development and economic development by the control of the intermediary mechanism.Although they were fitted in part at the beginning,the impeding between themselves are more and more evident.The speciality of this relation is determined by the systematic speciality of the financial intermediary mechanism itself. so,to change the relation between financial development and economic development,we should change the mechanism at the first.In fact,the mechanism is a combination of financial transactions among financial intermediations,suppliers of funds and demanders of funds.Because the main participants don't have independent property rights,the financial transactions in China aren't real transactions in total,and the financial intermediary mechanism isn't the real mechanism.then the relation between financial development and economic development couldn't be a natural one,the impeding between themselves couldn't be avoided.In this sense,the reform of property rights is essential.we should also strengthen the construction of financial intermediations,regulation and operating envoironment,then the real financial mechanism would emerge from the economic system to meet the different need of participants, financial development and economic development will be joined together by the mechanism.
