The international competitions based knowledge ask people to study the knowledge diffusion and the knowledge effects to the economic growth deeply.Network Economy depending on the knowledge as core resource embodies the rule of increasing marginal revenue through network structure. From broad to narrow senses, the knowledge is compatibilitive and used repeatedly. Its special cost-structure and adaptability to the surrounding exhibits the process of knowledge diffusion, including the "noise" among its content transform, the changes and innovations of the notation connotation in the coding course and of several new knowledge carriers. the compatibility led by the conditional difference and the adaptability generates the increasing returns.Positive feedbacks, network effects, economy of scale are always based on the question of compatibility and network standards. For network as a information technology, the larger the compatibility, the more transitional costs and the stronger lock-in effects. The diffusion of human knowledge, following with the self-expansion of the tongue and interpersonal media, the language and print media and the digital and electronic media, realizes the optimal resource allocation and diversion and cooperation, saves plenty of cost. People can share more information and the efficiency would be added. The faster the diffusion, the more entireness, the more expensive value of the knowledge and correspond media, even which becomes main standards. In essence, the rule of increasing marginal revenue and the knowledge self-accumulation is the actual reason. How to realize the network effects of the diffusion of knowledge? we can weigh and balance the relationships of function and compatibility, opens-up and monopoly, design the proper strategies in different market structures from static. However, by dynamic analysis, we can find a complete knowledge diffusion process. Firstly, the "innovator" creates the market strategies of knowledge diffusion, demonstrating the prominent function in the perfectly monopoly market. Secondly, he must improve compatibility and other's acceptance through repeated explanations and extensive alliances. Finally he can lead people to innovate the new knowledge with the changing strategies because of the changes of markets.
