Enterprise Mergers And Decision Support Systems Research

The main purpose of the thesis is trying to establish a mergers and acquisitions decision supporting system (M&ADSS). The M&ADSS flow diagram is designed on basis of the analyse of Chinese and foreign corporations M&A theories and DSS theories. The M&ADSS is divided into two parts: targeted corporation appraisal module and targeted corporation valuating module. The system analyses the practicability of merging targeted corporation by analysis indicator system firstly. If the targeted corporation is passed the indicator system appraisal, then the system valuates the NPV of the target. The main purpose of M&ADSS is resolving if the target is worthy of M&A. In the end of the thesis, the thesis selects 2 public corporations as the objects of quantitative analysis. The contents of the thesis: 1. The research of M&A theory and DSS theory. 2. The target corporation analysis indicator system. 3. The targeted corporation valuating module. 4. The software of M$ADSS. 5. Quantitative analysis.
