On Civil Liabilities

The coincidence of civil liability is a significant issue of the civil law. In the course of the historical development of it, several theories which have different contents have been advanced by different scholars and schools of thought. This article puts forward a new scheme to the coincidence of civil liability by rebuilding the evaluating criteria, and makes several contributions to some questions which concern with the objects of the article.
