This thesis gives a brief introduction to Tiandi Science and Technology Limited Company (TSTLC) and it's high-tech features, as well as the company's weaknesses in the construction of enterprise culture and the management of performance and compensation.Main theories about performance and compensation management are discussed systematically in this paper. It also describes the characteristics and functions of enterprise culture and people management in the high-tech corporations, in the mean.. time it points out that the management of performance and compensation should be associated with the enterprise culture and the concepts of people management.Combining with itself characteristics of TSTLC and the common features of high-tech companies, this thesis proposes performance and compensation management models which embody TSTLC's culture and people management concepts. It also points out that it is necessary to widely seek opinions from employees in the process of formulating the models of performance and compensation management. Afterwards, propagation for the newly formulated models among the staff is also very useful for the understanding and supporting from the employees. The employees?participation is very necessary for smoothly implementing performance and compensation management and achieving the company's strategic goals.
