At present, China is in a period of rapid development of economy. The state-owned land on the housing levy as one of the most important pats in city construction has increasingly become the focus. he main purposes of levy and compensation on state-owned houses are collecting the land-use right, demolishing houses, and redeveloping and retransforming the state-owned land.
