Flexible Response Model Based On Bpr Study

On the base of reviewing past research of BPR, This paper brings forward the flexible pattern of meeting an emergency based upon BPR From point of view of process and change, the paper research systematically the corporation flexibility of meeting an emergency. And from the three systemslay--structure, technology and run, we make theoretic probe of the flexible pattern of meeting an emergency. At first, form defining the process-oriented organization and make up it by BPR, we analyze at large the structure sustain system of the flexible pattern of meeting an emergency based upon BPR Then, at the studying of technology sustain system, we bring forward a bran-new notion the theory family deriving from information technology which try to reach the goal of managing effectively interface of BPR and IT through the combining software technology and BPR. At the mean time, we study and demonstrate elaboratly the performance evaluating system. At last, at the studying of technology sustain system, we emphasize the mutual adapting model of BPR and TQM to educe the run pattern of flexibly meeting an emergency by combining moderate reengineer and sustaining improvement.
