In this thesis, the comprehensive integration and M & A of enterprises are analyzed and argued from the perspectives of the cause of M & A, the demand of M & A to integration and the purpose of M & A and integration ---- to cultivate and develop the enterprise core competition. The significance of successful M & A is discussed and two indexes as criteria ---- operation achievements and asset quality are provided to make sure whether the M & A is successful or not. Hence the conception of comprehensive integration. The enterprise integration of post M & A implementation is an overall name of series of activities, such as: the target enterprise and purchased enterprise will be adjusted and merged in various aspects , such as: the strategy of development, asset debt, management of production, organization structure, rules and regulations, human resources, enterprise culture and so on to realize the M & A increment and to cultivate and develop the enterprise core competition. The enterprise integration of post M & A implementation is classified into 5 types according to the above-mentioned definition. They are strategy integration, product integration, financial integration, culture integration and personnel integration. And the purpose of the enterprise integration of post M&A implementation is again stressed, which is to realize M&A increment in terms of cultivating and developing enterprise core competition. In the end, some problems emerging in the M&A and integration of China's enterprises and discussed, some suggestions are provided and the success of operation of M&A and integration of Hisense Group is analyzed.
