The Definition Of Rural Land Property Rights In China

Basing on the land property rights theory this thesis analyses the trend and characteristics of land property rights in Chinese rural area. In order to remedy the deficiency existing in mechanism of the land property rights the thesis tries to design a new mechanism of rural land property rights on the basis of such a situation as many reforms in the field of rural land property rights have been taken since 1978 . This thesis also put forward a new concept that compound system of property rights should be adopted the reform of land property rights in Chinese countryside . Thus the thesis gives some pratical suggestion on the reform of land property rights in countryside from the prospect of theory and reality.
