| Basing on new product characteristics and general process of new product development and relying on some risk theories, this thesis has described new product development risks and necessity of research on new product development risks.The thesis has also made a description on the characteristics and surroundings and market future of automobile starter motor QDY1218; has set up a valid risk decision making mode for new product development by measuring each risk; has made a risk decision of automobile starter motor QDY1218 by combining with realistic situation of CNAIC Changdian Company; has also proposed basic risk guarding against requirements of new product development and detailed risk guarding against measures to automobile starter motor QDY1218.The thesis has pointed out that method of risk analysis, risk measuring, risk guarding against and risk decision making to automobile starter motor QDY1218 not only fits for CNAIC Changdian Company new product development, but also fits for general new products and may be widely applied. |
