In development of market economy ,particularly in the opening-up process, accounting market has attracted many attentions .In the past ,nobody noticed that such a market was existing or needed, Let alone doing a specific research. But actually, many economic Phenomena which economy study field should encompass have long been existing in various accounting correlations brought about by the presence of accounting activities , and their economic essence infers that "accounting" can be incorporated into the economic concept of "market". In other words, both the notion and the existence of "accounting market" can be realistic and justified.Therefore, the paper ,being divided into 4 parts, has studied several issues in the accounting market.
