Today with the rapid development of Information Technology, the environment of enterprise management has greatly changed. Enterprise Resource Planning, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management and other enterprise software systems have significantly boosted the management capacity and efficiency of the companies that have deployed these solutions.In order to effectively compete in today's highly competitive marketplace, companies must focus on their customers. Customer Relationship Management, which places the customer's needs first, could help companies not only deeply understand their customers but also optimize their own business performance, and better deliver value to customers. CRM can help companies more ahead of the competition. This paper gives detailed insights into how telecommunication enterprises in China can benefit from the CRM revolution. It is mentioned how sharply Chinese telecommunication enterprises compete, how to sort and satisfy the customers of telecommunication enterprises and what is "PDCA" of telecommunication enterprises optimizing the customer relationship. It is also investigated how to design and drive CRM procession successfully in Jiangsu Telecom Corporation Zhenjiang Branch.
