The dissertation mainly analyzes security international financing problems in China under the influences of financial innovation. After systematically and completely analyzing the meanings, characters, risks and related theories, combining the rapid development of financial innovation, the author makes the further research on the development of the world security financing; on the basis of that, through comparing and analyzing the selected developed countries' security financing system, finds the problems of Chinese security financing system, and gives the countermeasures and suggestions to the regulation agency and the enterprises in China.The dissertation combines the security financing with financial innovation, emphasizes the international operation of asset securitization, and points out the international operation of asset securitization will become the new breaking points of utilizing the asset-backed securities and absorbing the foreign investment. Security regulation is big problem in China. The paper associates the macro study with micro study, through the international comparison of the security financing system, gets out the remaining problems of security financing in China, and points out the regulation positioning of the security regulation agency is very vague, and should shift to protect the whole investors' interest, especially the small and medium investor's interest. In addition, the Chinese enterprises also have the wrong objective of security financing, and should shift from simply emphasizing the financing function to both emphasizing the financing function and utilizing international financial market to promote the enterprises' management and operation result.
