U.S.A has been playing a leading role in the world economy, whose GDP is 30 percent the world. During the period of 128 months from April of 1991 to December of 2000, U.S.A has strengthened its position and had much bigger effect on the world economy. Therefore economic accession of U.S.A led to the world economy accession directly in 2001. Facing such terrible economic situation, it is the urgent issue for China how to meet the challenge to avoid the negative effects. In this thesis referred are the effects of accession and policies carrying out in China , after the current situation and accession reasons are analyzed. Except for the preface and conclusion, the thesis is made up of four parts.Part one: analysis of economic situation in U.S.A. Since 2000 later, economy in U.S.A has begun to bring about the accession signals in every industry.Part two: reasons of economy accession in U.S.A. The reasons include economic and political ones.Part three: effects of economy accession in U.S.A. Listed are negative effects on the world economy, especially on China economy..Part four: policies carrying out in China. The suggestions are given from the part of enlarging the domestic needs, finance, export and development of the new knowledge in China.
