Study Of The Legal System Of The Issuance Of Securities Regulators

This paper mainly adopts the study in five parts on the legal framework in the securities issue supervision.In the introduction part, the paper lists four conceptions as the basis for an expanded exploration on the securities issue supervision. These conceptions namely are securities, securities business, securities issue, and issue supervision.The part one is devoted to the discussion of questions related with the legal framework in securities issue auditing. With the analysis and comparison of its registration system and auditing system, the author briefs approaches to the securities issue auditing system, and comes to pieces of suggestion for the further improvement of the system in line with the history and current situation of China's security auditing system.Part two touches the theories of securities information release system. The author explores the contents and procedures of information release system in securities issue in the United States, the United Kingdom and Japan, and lays out suggestion to China's current system.Part three conducts a further academic study on two issues related to the title of this paper. One is how to comment on the government's role in the securities market, the other is about the cognizance of the specific supervision goal in securities issue and the choice of the supervision model.Finally, the conclusion of the whole paper is put in the last part.
