In this part the author tells us firstly the conceptions related to withdrawing from the securities market. Secondly the author introduces the knowledge about the legal system of withdrawing from securities market in other countries or areas such as U. S. A, Japan, Hongkong, and then, this paper analyses the legal system of withdrawing from securities market presently in our country.
