Social stability is the greatest politics, Social security is the most important security system for social stability. To perfect our country's social security system is a great ,but arduous task to push on reform and opening policy and modernized construction in our country .The task becomes harder and harder with the deeper reforming of state enterprise , greater regulating economy structure and rapid aging of the population. Therefore , improving and perfecting our country's social security system is significant in realizing social equality and maintaining social stability. The Chinese social security system is characterized by wide range, main self-security , giving consideration to equality and efficiency, large difference between town and country, The theory of social security stated by Marx and Engles has great directive significance for china to establish socialist security system. The purpose of production in socialist countries is to satisfy the need of the mass. The exposition of Marx and Engles on social security provides theoretical basis for socialist countries to set up own social security. The Communist Party of China perfects, enriches and develops Marxist on social security, which lays theoretical foundation for the social security with Chinese characteristics. Furthermore ,it confronts many problems such as obstacles to varied economic system, insufficient sources of social security funds, imperfect social security law and regulations. So we should make efforts to establish highly socialized security system, build up stable raising system of social security funds, perfect social security legal system and improve social security system in countries.
