Procuration supervision is the Special legal Supervision of the state, whose essence is the restriction on the national Power by the Proceedings means, and the values' objective of the Procural authority (right) is Order and justice. Judicial fairness being the democracy and open and justice of judcature, it is the integration of the Positional objective and values' objective. The Positional standard of judicial fairness is an inportant standard Evaluing judicial fainess, which includs the judicial independence procedural justice and judicial efficiency. Procuration supervision can assure and Promote judicial fairness, the relation between them is that there is reciprocal adaptability between the essential characteristics of Procuration supervision and the Positional standards of judicial fairness. In our state, the drawbacks of the present procuration supervision conflicts with the objective of judicial fairness. Therefore, Procuration supervision needs to be reformed and perfected in order to strengthen its efficiency and safeguard judicial fairness.
