With the development of marketing, customer orientation has been setup, it has been know as a new fuel of enterprise competition and has become the hotspot for scholars and high level managers research. The text runs down the history of value orientation from the eyes of Political Economic, merchandise has the property of customer orientation from the birth of itself. In the condition of capital, the absolute of competition and the limit of marketing resource determines that customer orientation is the prime request for the success of enterprise. The text follows the research for the relationship of customer value strategy and the advantage of competition, states that marketing theory has changed a from customer satisfaction to customer loyalty to the development of customer value, sets up the concept of customer value strategy and the standard for evaluating customer satisfaction. The text costs a huge energy in the area of property value orientation for the different customer, the relationship between customer strategy orientation and competition of enterprise, put up the support system of implement of customer value strategy, and then analyses the internal customer management with the example of NOKIA.
