Administrative Monopoly Laws

This thesis is an attempt to study the administrative monopoly. Besides the preface, this thesis is divided into four parts with about 52000 words.Part 1. Introduction to the general principles of administrative monopoly.The systematic differences of economic base of socialism and capitalism make the competition and monopoly phenomena in socialistic and capitalistic economy different. Administrative monopoly is a kind of particular phenomenon in economy of socialism. What is an administrative monopoly and what we shall do with it on the level of legislation are serious disputes in legal domain. Discussion on these questions formed the first part of this thesis.Part 2. Analysis on the cause, expression and injury of administrative monopoly.Part 3. Discussion on the exclusion of administrative monopoly barriers.Which includes barriers of present of law ought to get rid of administrative monopoly.Part 4. Intruduce some ways of laws to prevent administrative monopoly in transitional economice period.
