This paper investigates the issue about socialistic spirit impetus. It is well known that the productive development is a decisive power of promoting society, and a material impetus of socialistic development. Reviewing the victory and frustration, or development and rough in the course of socialistic development near a century, it is indicated that the function of socialistic inspirit impetus cannot be neglected.
