China's State-owned Assets Management System Target Model Study

State-owned economy is the fundamental mainstay of our national economy ,the material basis which make socialism system exist and develop. Strengthening the management of state-owned assets has a significant meaning in consolidating and developing socialism system, increasing the vitality of state-owned economy and rationalizing the relationship of the government and enterprises.
