Investigative Procedures Tectonics

The structure of investigation procedure is the substantial basis of the operation of investigation procedure, and the investigation procedure is the manifestation of the function of the structure of investigation procedure. However, though our Criminal Procedure Law has been improved by law amendment, the problem of the structure of investigation procedure is still serious. In this article, the author analyses the theory and practices of the structure of investigation procedure in foreign countries, and tries to reconstruct our structure of investigation procedure.The thesis is made up of four parts, and about 30000 words.Part one: the theoretical research of the structure of investigation procedure. The author gives the range of the structure of investigation procedure.Part two: investigation objective. The author presents the situation of the theoretical research of investigation objective, and on the basis, he gives the correct definition of investigation objective.Part three: the author presents three main types of structure of investigation procedure, and induces their main characteristics.Part four: reconstruction of structure of investigation procedure. First the author analyses the characteristics of our structure of investigation procedure, and on this basis, he induces defects of our structure of investigation procedure, and then, he presents his ideas of reconstruction of structure of investigation procedure.
