The Research Of Investigative Experiment System

Investigative experiment as an important means to prove the case facts, it provided, analyse and judge the development of the case through the clues and basis, to complete the play an important role in prosecuting criminal cases. From the point of the legislative status quo of investigative experiment system, regulations on investigative experiment is not perfect, some places still not consistent, this led to the investigation experiments in practice. Secondly, from the different categories of investigative experiment to understand investigative experiment. finally, from the intrinsic value and extrinsic value to introduce the meaning of investigative experiment.The second part discusses the related contents of investigative experiment program, including the start of the investigation the experiment, fixed process of the investigation experiment, respectively discusses the status quo and problems of each stage, and put forward suggestions.The third part is the research on the rules of investigative experiment, in this part, the author first introduced the rules of other country, and analyze the difference and the causes of the gap, and then the author discusses legislative and judicial status quo of the investigative experimental rules in our country, finally the author put forward the measures of perfecting the rules of investigative experiment.The fourth part discusses the related contents of investigative experiment record, mainly from three aspects to analyze its argument: first is the content of investigative experiment records, and then demonstrates the evidence ability of investigative experiment record, finally research the degree of evidence ability of investigation experiment record.
