Clever Network Co., Ltd. 's Financial Strategy Research

Since the second half year of 2001,China stock market has changed greatly. The main performance is that stock price goes back down and the market management level gets higher. Clever Network Co., a high-technical public company, has been influenced naturally. Following the comedown of network economic, the operating profit of Clever Network Co. has dropped dramatically. Based on the viewpoints and methods of enterprise strategy and internal control, this paper try to illustrate and analyse the current conditions and problems, and try to find out ways to solve these problems. The paper comprises of three chapters. The first chapter, the introduction, introduces Clever Co. It is divided into two parts. The first one introduces the history and background of Clever Co.. The other one introduces the problems of this company in marketing, R&D, human resources, finance and so on.The second chapter, the analysis of the reasons and foundations that makes the operation condition bad, composes of five parts. First, strategic problems do not run company in right way. Second, thinking problems in managers' mind let company loss many opportunities. Third, stuffs do not work well for internal management problems in the company. Forth, unstable marketing policies and non-systemic management ruin marketing channel and structure. Fifth, financial management can not take into effect. The third chapter, the suggestion to solve problems mentioned above, composes of four parts. First, company should set up a systemic enterprise strategy. Second, strengthen internal control system is necessary. Third, capital operating is the only method to recover the company's life. Fourth, how to disposal of finance crisis at present? Clever Network Co., the beginner of education software market, has made a great contribution to the educational information system in our country. But for many reasons mentioned above, it does not go well. Through discussion and analysis to the company, this paper tries to find some methods to let the company go in a good way. At the sametime, the paper also wants to give a caution and reference to other privet-owned companies that are as the same as Clever. At last, I should give my thanks to Professor Zhang Janping for his instruction as well as all of the teachers and classmates that have been helpful to my study and daily life.Because my knowledge is limited and the information is not sufficient enough, there are maybe some inappropriateness in the paper.
