Mobile communication enterprises face more and more pressure from domestic and international competition. To promote their core competition ability, establishment of the System of Business Management Analysis (SBMA) becomes an urgent issue.This thesis aims to set up a basic framework for the planning and building of SBMAs, with a research starting point of taking full advantage of mass data resource generated by the Business Operation & Supporting System (BOSS) to construct the SBMA, and to process information intelligently, furnishing the management and operation with timely, accurate and scientific decision-making basis.The main contents include a total elucidation, basic structure of analysis levels, system function, special subject analysis, system management, connecting to exterior systems, indices requirements, etc., of the SBMA. It describes that the organizational structure of SBMA is a 2-level one with levels of national and provincial analysis systems, and that its systematic structure is 3-layer one with layers of data capturing, data depositing and data visiting, and that information flows in 3 closed-loop information flows. It defines for the SBMA 56 analysis dimensions and establishes a complete system of analysis indices which is constituted of 9 index groups. From the point view of system function, it covers the 9 greatest topics of customer development analyzing, business development analyzing, revenue analyzing, market competition analyzing, service quality analyzing, marketing management analyzing, VIP customer analyzing, new business and data business development analyzing, cooperating service parties analyzing. From the angle of system management it explains daily maintenance and administration, connecting to other systems such as the BOSS, and the indices management, of the SBMA. Finally, it illustrates the application of the SBMAs with large quantity of examples, especially the sensitive issues regarding competing with other mobile service providers such as VIP customer, marketing strategy and rivalry analysis.The research of this thesis is ignited by the practices of the mobile communications firms and is presented to them in hope of being of help in the process of the construction of the SBMAs.
