Telecommunications Service Contract Research

Mobile communications in China and has been developing dramatically. Now mobile communications has been a prevalent and special means of services that affects our lives. During the process of services that are provided by mobile network operators, the contract is the key. The contract includes all links of mobile services such as the customer's beginning their services, changing services, making guarantee or ending their services. For the historical reasons, none of the mobile communications service contracts has ever been put into the legal system, which has brought a lot of problems. So the current system in mobile communications enterprises can neither meet rapidly growing service requirements nor satisfy customers'demands for service. Therefore, there is an urgent demand for building an advanced and scientific legal system of mobile service contract at present.This essay is based on the problems of the current mobile communication service contracts, using the relative theories of contract law combining my own experience in the legal department of the mobile operators these years. In the context, I analyzed with the comparison methodology so as to compose the mobile service contract system. On this basis, I reconstructed the system of mobile service contract. The aim is to exert on providing the best service with legal measures and satisfying the customers'demands.
