Jinzhou City, Health Insurance Information System Design

This thesis discusses the analysis and design of the ZhinJou Social Medical Insurance Management Information System. This system includes three both independent and relevant sub-systems: the Medical Insurance Business Operation System, the Medical Insurance Hospital Information System and the Medical Insurance Drug Store Information System. This thesis carry on detailed discuss about the analysis and design of this three sub_system, and their relations. The core of system, which is analyzed and designed with OOP, is network Database System. This system adopts the prevailing C/S model as well.This thesis discusses the design idea, principle and construction system of the application, the IC card technology applied to the Social Insurance System. At the same time, it discusses the general design idea of the three sub-systems and the software design scheme of the system.At present, the parts of system that have been finished are in pre-operating, and some parts are being developed such as the Decision Support System and the Information Publishing System.
