Under the present tough competitive the precision alloy market conditions, this dissertation focused on studying concrete difficulties, which had occurred in the marking and sales of Precision Alloy Ltd, Dalian Iron & Steel group Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred as PAL-DISGC) therefore, a series of measures to make PAL-DISGC "Cheater and Stronger" was discussed and verified. Meanwhile, it will also be to the benefit of similar companies in this industry, on how to develop marketing, how to control management, how to master sales and purchases, as well as how to improve economic profits.At first the marketing environment of PAL-DISGC in home and aboard is provide in this paper, and menage strategy and executing project are given. The whole article consists of five sections. Chapter 1 briefly described the present situation of PAL-DISGC, and drew conclusion from normally existing problems in PAL-DISGC. Chapter 2 concisely concluded the properties of the precision alloy's demands, and in the customer's view point, discussed the market and developing trend of the precision alloy industry. Chapter 3 firstly analyzed the situation of the precision alloy industry with method of SWOT and then found the main opportunity and threat faced by major companies in the precision alloy industry. Chapter 3 compared the competitive abilities of PAL-DSGC with the competitors, and uncovered the main strength and weakness of PAL-DISGC. Chapter 4 discussed the major divisions in the precision alloy market, and estimated the major sectors of the market. According to the current situation and developing trends of the industry, chapter 4 also identified the target market of PAL-DISGC, and specified the strategies of marketing of PAL-DISGC. Furthermore, after analyzing products, prices, sales and researching the channels, chapter 4 designated a products strategy, prices strategy and channels strategy. Chapter 5 presented executive plans and reliable conditions of marketing strategy.
