YNC is a joined-venture company run by Japan and China. It mainly produces machine tools and machining centers. Along with the market competition of machine tool industries being intense, it' s becoming more important for a company to how to manage so as to improve enterprise's competitiveness and to- gain permanent development. Under these circumstances, in order to make YNC' s strategic goals come true, the author do research on business tactics in the thesis.The thesis is established in YNC. It is divided into six chapters. The author analyses the developing situation about international and domestic machine tool industries, the internal and external market environment and YNC' s background in the first chapter, the second chapter and the third chapter. In the forth chapter the author gives analysis about YNC' s present situation, YNC' s own problems, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that YNC is confronted with by the means of Marketing theory, Production and Operations Management theory, Organization Behavior theory and Strategy Management theory, Then discusses the synthetic competitiveness by analysis of SWOT. Basing on it, in the fifth the author provides and dissects doable and practical management strategy for YNC: that' s objective market, cost control, business combination, innovation technology, enhancing after-sales service. Round this, the author gives the protective methods for YNC' s management strategy in order to make the strategy successful. The protective methods is :to set up and perfect the total quality control system, to perfect production management information, to set up good organizational culture and to perfect information feedback mechanism.The purpose and meanings of this thesis is to make YNC to grasp business opportunities, to improve the competitive ability, to carry forward strengths and to avoid weakness, in order to achieve lasting development when YNC faces to good fortune.
