Modernizations are the historical trend of the world. Every country or area must formulate the rational strategic distribution to accomplish modernizations. Chinese people led by Mao Zedong with the Chinese Communist Party members achieved liberation and independence after arduous struggles, this created preconditions for Chinese modernization constructions. After founding the state, Chinese people have difficultly explored the strategic distribution.Deng Xiaoping, who is the chief designer of Chinese reform and opening, and modernization constructions, stuck to the Chinese modernization road and put forward the idea on the whole strategic distribution of modernizations, namely, economic, political, cultural, and personal modernizations and so on. This idea is the rarity of Deng Xiaoping's theories of modernizations. This idea is of the momentous current significance and far-reaching historical significance for making thorough socialist modernization constructions and totally constructing the comfortable society.This article, which uses the relative theories and ways about history, philosophy, political science and so on, deeply discusses and researches the problem on the basis of combining history and reality. This article consists of the following four parts: the implication of the strategic distribution, and the initial exploration for the strategic distribution of Chinese modernizations; some rules abided by the establishment of the idea on the whole strategic distribution of modernizations; the main contents and the embodiment of value of the idea on the whole strategic distribution of modernizations; the inheritance and development of the idea by the third leader collective of the Chinese Communist Party...
