State-owned Enterprise Assets In The Bankruptcy Process The Loss Of Empirical Studies

The bankrupt of state-owned enterprises is not fresh. Some enterprises had bankrupted before the bankrupt law announcement. Since then the cases of bankrupt had increased rapidly. In fact, the bankrupt belongs to the reform of state-owned enterprises. It expresses that state-owned enterprises have step into market economics from planned economics. By the way of bankrupt, the advanced enterprises win the backward and the social resources are allocated again. But some questions have not be solved during the period of bankrupt to our puzzled. The focus is the loss of assets, arrangement of workers and the loss of bank loans. Just because of this point, the government has announced the related law and system. Up till now, it has not got the aim yet.This paper is focused on the empirical test to the loss of state-owned assets based on the related data. I find the inner circumstances and work out equation of assets lost. In the end, I find out the reasons and give some suggestions. I use the software spss10.0 and the 'stepwise' method. The equation not only explains the economic accrual but predict the loss of assets.5.conclusion and reasonBy analysis of data, I get some conclusion and prove the hypothesis. At the same time, I investigate the inner reasons.6.suggestion and limitationI give some suggestion to the procedures of bankrupt and hope the others can do better. In the end, I point out the limitation.
