Since the 80s of the 20 Century, the economic globalization becomes the trend of the global economic development. Multilazation-corporation (MC) plays a very important role in the stage of global economy, especially America Multilazation-corporation(AMC).China is the largest developing country and becoming the competitive target of the AMC. And now, China had became the member of WTO, we must face all the opportunities and challenges. The paper focused on the investment in China of AMC and is consisted of three parts. Ι.Combined the traditional investment theory with the modern competition theory, give a new explanation.II. The history and influences of the investment in China of AMC. Including the characters and rules of the investment in China of AMC and how to use the experiences of AMC.III. Forecast the future of MC, analyze the situation of investing in China. Make a conclusion that we should use for the reference of the experiences of AMC, take an active part in the global competition.
