System Reform Of China's Pharmaceutical Business In The Market Process

It's a platitude for the reform of pharmaceutical commercial circulation system. However, for a long time, our pharmaceutical commercial enterprises are in fact under the condition of "non-management" because of too much administrative protection, a rigid system, chaotic order and multilateral management, compared with pharmaceutical industry enterprises. In 1998, this condition of ''non-management" has been over because of the establishment of SDA, and our pharmacy circulation order has been better. But pharmaceutical commerce enterprises are still in slump, which has been the obstacle of high-speed development of pharmacy economy, because our market are in the process of the reform of socialist market economy system and the relationship of different factors hasn't been coordinated once and for all. China has formally entered WTO, so we have little time left before our pharmaceutical commercial field is opened to foreign capital. In another word, the conditions that our pharmaceutical commercial enterprises are facing have had an intense and unsure change. What should our pharmaceutical enterprises do before the new situation? This article mainly probes into the marketing reform of pharmaceutical commercial system.We are reforming the market economy system and its influence is so widespread and profound that it has gone beyond the scope of economy. This great situation decided the direction of the reform of pharmaceutical commercial system. Firstly, the article briefly reviewed the history of the pharmaceutical commerce system. Then the article studied the present advantages and disadvantages of the pharmaceutical commerce enterprises, and the opportunities and challenges they are facing. This study based on the demand of the' establishment of socialist market economy. At last, this article proposed an array of policy suggestions on the basis of achievements in research. At present, we should make full use of the opportunity that China has entered WTO to faster the reformation of the function of administration so that we can enforce the regulation of pharmaceutical commercial circulation system to make an even orderly market circumstance for pharmaceutical commercial enterprises. Because China is in a low lever inmarket economy, government must make .policy to help pharmaceutical commercial enterprises become stronger. And government shouldn't interfere in the business of pharmaceutical commercial enterprises. Besides too many stated-owned enterprises made the economy of pharmaceutical commerce low efficiency. We should try to retreat capital owned by state from pharmaceutical commerce field including using modern corporation system to reform state-owned enterprises.
