The Concept Of Modern Power Change And Innovation

The motivation of modernization belongs to a question for Scientific Socialism study. This paper focuses on the change and innovation of the motivating outlook on the Chinese modernization theoretically and practically, which has an important bearing on both carrying out the strategy of developing the Western China, the strategy of vitalizing China through science and education, the strategy of sustainable development and promoting the Reform and Opening-up cause as well as the modernization drive of Chinese characteristics.This issue involves five chapters. The last section , first concretely and then abstractly, then vice versa, analyses the structure and function of the modernization motivating system as well as its mechanism, analyzing the soul role which people play in institution innovation as well as the motivating system while tightly catch the main cue -to develop productive forces through productive relationship changes and institutional innovations. And finally, the conclusion is drawn: only through the realization of person's modernization can we realize the modernization of whole society and make institutional innovation meaningful.
