In this article, we aim to test the correlativity between the ownership structure and corporation performance taking the open corporations in Shenzhen Securities Exchange as examples. In this paper, we mainly by means of statistics and econometrics methods to prove that the nation-hold shares, corporation-hold shares and circulating shares and the different share centralizations how to affect the corporation governance and the corporation performance. This paper is made up of 6 chapters: In the preface, we give the meaning for selecting this question for discussion. In 1st chapter, we review the foreign learners and the domestic learners' study results about this question. In 2nd chapter, we analysis the ownership structure how to affect the corporate governance and corporate performance. In 3rd chapter, we give a general description of our study about this question in this paper and give four hypothesizes about the relationships between the ownership structure and corporate performance. In 4th chapter, we give the study results of our empirical analysis. In the lastchapter, we summarize our study and give some useful suggestion to thereformation of the listing corporation ownership structure.
