Beijing Nuclear Instrument Factory (abbreviated to be BNIF) mainly deals with nuclear instrumentation used in nuclear power plants,environmental radioactivity monitoring,medical treatment,physical experimentation,and nuclear detectors. BNIF is a state-owned enterprise with almost 50 years' history,However,problems in its business operation and administration mechanism are looming larger. In its business operations,the problems lie in the following aspects : lack of product development plan,outmoded product technology,and deficiency of R&D. In terms of administration,BNIF faces the following problems : poor human resource and financial management,irrational organization pattern,poor leadership,shortage of efficacious control.Targeting on the above-mentioned problems,the thesis puts forward a series of measures for improvement and explores ways of enhancing the factory's core-competence . |
