As a key part of the Securities Investment Fund Field, Open-Fund is being launched gradually in China's financial market.Methods of comparison, demonstration and criterion are used in this article to facilitate the development and popularization of the Open-Fund concept. With the topic of standardization research of Open-Fund development, this article illustrates from the following four aspects of the research: development scope analysis of the Open-Fund, standardization of the fund risk management, establishment of the fund marketing system and market environment construction of the fund development.The first chapter demonstrates the comparison between the history of Open-Fund development in USA and in China, and researches into the operation system of Open-Fund. It comes to the conclusion that Open-Fund will be a popular product in China's future Securities Investment Fund Market and has great market potential and a prosperous future.The second chapter analyses the risk system of Open-Fund, and points out that the floating risk is the key risk of Open-Fund.
