The Operation And Management Of Open-end Funds In China

Open-end fund refers to the securities investment fund,which has unfixed scale and could be bought or sold at any time by investors themselves.At present, open-end fund is already the main trend of investment funds in the world because of its advantages.Our first open-end fund was issued in Sept.2001 in our country.Up till now,there are more than 100 open-end funds operating and getting good achievements in our country.In this thesis,chapter 1 introduces what is open-end fund,the differences between open-end fund and close fund,and the advantages of open-end fund.Then chapter 1 expounds the inevitability .feasibility of open-end funds in our country,and its significance to our country.Chapter 2 expounds the instauration, purchase,redemption,venture management,asset management of open-end funds in our country. Chapter 3 expounds how to supervise open-end funds and compares different supervisory methods and organizations between our country and other countries. Chapter 4 talks about the obstacles which hold back the development of open-end funds in out country,and advances 8 pieces of suggestion to improve open-end funds in our country. Chapter 5 construes the management of Open-end funds through the example of NanFang WenJian funds.This thesis is based on a large number of internal and external documents,references,and investigations.Comparatively speaking,however,the study concerning the operating management of open-end funds in this thesis is only the first step.And I hope that the more reseach we have on this topic,the deeper step we will get with the rapid development of open-end funds in our country.
