In the coming era of brand competition, brand loyalty management is thecore role of brand management. Wth the methods of corporation interview andmarketing research, this thesis mainly discusses on the fOllowing aspects ofbranding's impact on brand loyalty: market segmentaton, consumer research, andbrand conununication. And based on relative litefature and conclusions, this thesistries to develop the strategies of brand loyalty managemellt. The author suggeststhat brand loyalty root in right brand management system.
