During my graduate study,I was fortunate to participate in the management and operation of Party and Masses' Service Center of Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City.As the core operating member,I was responsible for the brand creation of Party and Masses' Service Center.And finally formed the?Branding communication plan of Party and Masses 'Service Center of Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City?.This plan is based on the industrial layout of Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City,the orientation of enterprises and talents,and the realistic foundation of party building work.It deeply explores the needs of the party members,the masses,and enterprises,and refines the core value of the brand of Party and Masses'Service Center.Taking the core value as the starting point,the core value system symbol system and communication system of the service brand of Party and Masses'Service Center were constructed.Through continuous output of brand services and communication of brand value,the popularity,reputation and favorability of the service brand of Party and Masses' Service Center among enterprises,party members and the masses will be improved.Eventually,the purpose of leading the industrial development,enterprise development and talent growth with party building will be achieved.
